Harvey Norman® is passionate about creating and nurturing pathways for indigenous players through the All-Stars concept, for female players via the Women's State of Origin, NRLW Competition, The Rising Invitational and the Australian Jillaroos.
In 2026, Harvey Norman celebrated 20 years of Women in League Round by collaborating with the Museum of Contemporary Art Australia (MCA) to commission a major portrait by Australian Artist Cherine Fahd. Continuing its commitment to advancing women in sport, Harvey Norman® also delivered the second year of its Women in League Internship Program and Executive Mentorship Program. These initiatives are designed to enhance opportunities for the next generation of female leaders in rugby league by building leadership capability, increasing participation and strengthening career pathways across the game.
The Harvey Norman Rising Talent Invitational also entered its second year in 2026. This important talent identification and development program provides emerging players, coaches, performance staff, referees and team managers from across Australia and the Pacific with valuable development and exposure opportunities, helping to strengthen the future of the game at all levels.
