Ms Page joined Harvey Norman® in 1983 and was appointed a director of HNHL in 1987. Ms Page is employed by Yoogalu. Since 1999, she has held overall Chief Executive Officer responsibility for HNHL's Australian operations and serves as a director of each member of the consolidated entity. Since 8 November 2024, Ms Page has been a Director of Invest Gold Coast Pty Ltd.

Chris Mentis

Executive Director, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary

B.Bus., FCA, FGIA, Grad Dip App Fin

Mr Mentis joined Harvey Norman® as a Financial Controller in 1997. He was appointed Company Secretary of HNHL in 2006 and a director in 2007. Mr Mentis is employed by Yoogalu, a controlled entity of HNHL, and since 2007 has held overall Chief Financial Officer responsibility for the consolidated entity. He also serves as a director of each member of the consolidated entity.

Mr Mentis is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia. He has extensive experience in financial accounting and corporate governance.

John Evyn Slack-Smith

Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer

Mr Slack-Smith was a director of a Harvey Norman® computer franchisee between 1993 and 1999 and was appointed a director of HNHL in 2001. Employed by Yoogalu, he has overall executive responsibility for the Australian operations of the consolidated entity and oversees the controlled entities of which he is a director.

Tim Hannon

Managing Director Harvey Norman® Ireland

Mr Hannon joined Harvey Norman® in 2005 and progressed through a number of operational and management roles across the Irish business. He was appointed General Manager of the Computer division in 2010 and General Manager of the Electrical division in 2016, before becoming Managing Director of Harvey Norman® Ireland in December 2021.

Mr Hannon holds a Bachelor of Science from University College Cork and a Master of Business Administration from Trinity College Dublin.

Lachlan Roach

Managing Director® Northern Ireland and England

Mr Roach joined Harvey Norman® in 2002 as a salesperson and became an electrical franchisee in 2008, a position he held until 2017. Following his role as General Manager of the Home Appliances division of Yoogalu, he was appointed as General Manager of the Electrical Division for Harvey Norman® Ireland and Northern Ireland in January 2022.

Mr Roach was appointed as Managing Director, Harvey Norman® UK, in April 2024. In that role, he has overall responsibility for the strategic direction, operational performance and growth of Harvey Norman® business in Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom.

Melissa Wilson

Managing Director Harvey Norman® Slovenia and Croatia

Ms Wilson commenced with Harvey Norman® in 1997 as a Computer Service Assistant in Brisbane. Following a range of roles within the business, she was appointed General Manager of the Electrical division in Slovenia in 2010 and subsequently Managing Director, Harvey Norman® Europe in 2015.

In her current role, Ms Wilson is responsible for the overall strategic and operational management of Harvey Norman® Europe.

Bernice Kwok

Managing Director Harvey Norman® Singapore and Malaysia

Ms. Kwok joined Harvey Norman® Singapore as a Category Manager for Computers & Communications in 2001. She was appointed as General Manager for Computers & Communications for Harvey Norman® Singapore in 2005 and was subsequently promoted to Chief Operating Officer for Harvey Norman® Singapore in 2018. Ms. Kwok was appointed as Managing Director on June 2024 and is responsible for providing overall strategic and operational executive direction for Harvey Norman® Singapore and Malaysia. Ms Kwok holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA from the University of Stirling.
