Since 2023 Harvey Norman® have proudly sponsored the Sydney Kings, Sydney Flames and the overarching Ownership group Hoops Capital. Central to the sponsorship is a shared commitment from Hoops Capital and Harvey Norman® to continue to grow basketball in Australia and support women's basketball through initiatives such as the Future Flames Program which encourages young female athletes to pursue their sporting aspirations and provides pathways to elite competition.
The Future Flames launched in 2024 and focuses on increasing access to professional basketball environments through training and development opportunities, while also promoting best-practice pathways for education and employment. In addition, it supports the growth and development of female coaches, referees and officials, helping to strengthen women's participation and leadership across all levels of the game.
