Executive Director and CEO
Ms. Page joined Harvey Norman in 1983 and was appointed a director of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited in 1987.
Ms. Page became the Chief Executive Officer of the Company in February 1999 and has overall executive responsibility for the consolidated entity.
Ms. Page is a Director of the Trustee of the Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust.
On 30 July 2018, Ms. Page was appointed as an independent member of the Place Management NSW Board.
On 28 October 2020, Ms Page was appointed to the Board of Tourism Australia
Chris Mentis

Mr. Mentis was appointed a director of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited on 30 August 2007. Mr. Mentis joined Harvey Norman as Financial Controller on 15 December 1997. On 20 April 2006, he became Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Mr. Mentis is a Fellow of the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand (CA ANZ) and a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia, with extensive experience in financial accounting. Mr. Mentis has overall executive responsibilityfor the accounting and financial matters of theconsolidated entity.
John Evyn Slack-Smith
Executive Director and COO
Mr. Slack-Smith was a Harvey Norman® computer franchisee between 1993 and 1999. Mr. Slack-Smith became a director of the Company on 5 February 2001. Mr. Slack-Smith has overall executive responsibility for the operations of the consolidated entity.
David Matthew Ackery
Executive Director
Mr. Ackery was appointed a director of Harvey Norman Holdings Limited on 20 December 2005. Mr. Ackery has overall executive responsibility for the relationship between the consolidated entity and Harvey Norman® home appliances, home entertainment and technologyfranchisees and strategic partners.
Mr. Ackery finished his tenure as the Chairman of the public company, St. Joseph’s College Foundation Limited, on 30 June 2019.
Tim Hannon
Managing Director, Harvey Norman®
Ireland & Northern Ireland
Mr. Hannon joined Harvey Norman in 2005 as a salesperson. He worked in various Harvey Norman stores in Ireland and became the General Manager for the Computer division in 2010 and General Manager for the Electrical division in 2016. He has been the Managing Directortim of the Irish and Northern Irish business since December 2021.
Mr. Hannon holds a BSc from University College Cork and an MBA from Trinity College Dublin.
Melissa Wilson
Managing Director,
Harvey Norman® Europe
Ms. Wilson started with Harvey Norman® in 1997 as a computer service assistant for the Windsor (QLD) Networks Franchisee. She was appointed as General Manager for Electrical in Slovenia in 2010, before becoming the Managing Director for Europe in 2015 – a position which sees Ms. Wilson providing overall executive direction for Harvey Norman® Europe.
Kenneth Aruldoss
Managing Director, Harvey Norman® Asia
Mr. Aruldoss was a Director of various Harvey Norman ® and Domayne franchisees between 1999 and 2014 before moving to become a Country Manager for Harvey Norman® in Malaysia. He has been the Managing Director of the Harvey Norman® Asia division since 2015, and is responsible for providing overall strategic and operational executive direction for Harvey Norman® Asia.
Mr. Aruldoss is a Councillor with the Singapore Retailers Association, a founding member of the Singapore Management University Retail Centre of Excellence (RCOE), and an advisory member of James Cook University, Singapore.
Bernice Kwok
COO, Harvey Norman® Singapore
Ms. Kwok was appointed as Chief Operating Officer in September 2018 and is responsible for the operations of Harvey Norman® Singapore, with dual reporting lines to the CEO and Managing Director, Harvey Norman® Asia. Ms. Kwok joined Harvey Norman® Singapore as a Category Manager for Computers & Communications in 2001. In 2003 she was appointed as Assistant General Manager for Computers & Communications, tasked with assisting the Managing Director in setting up Harvey Norman® Malaysia. Ms. Kwok was promoted in 2005 to General Manager for Computers & Communications for Harvey Norman® Singapore.
Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, and an MBA (Retail Studies) from the University of Stirling.
